Any person, dealer, businessman or entrepreneur who want to advertise his/her business, or register a Dircoo Account and Web Space, and all the users of the Dircoo service and the published Web Spaces, state to agree with the following terms of service:

1. Requirements for all the users of the Dircoo service

a. As a Dircoo user, you must agree the Privacy Policies of this service.

b. You must be of legal age or, under the law of the country, must have the capacity or permission for events or commercial contracts. This service is exclusively for people who have reached 14 years of age.

2. Requirements to register a Dircoo Account and Web Space

a. As a registrant of a Dircoo Account, you claim to be an authorized representative of the company, organization, business or person to which the Web Space is related, and you claim to have the rights required to create and modify the Dircoo Account and its contents.

b. To register a Dircoo Account your commercial activity must be legal.

c. To publish information and content (images, video, audio, executable code, etc.) on your Web Space, you must have the proper rights and permissions. Publish only information and content originally produced or purchased by you, in order to avoid violating rights of third parties such as trade names, trademarks, patents and copyrights.

3. Publications of the users

a. You retain the rights to all the information and content published in Dircoo.

b. By posting information and content, you are giving us permission to preserve and present (display, reproduce, execute, etc.) such information on our service privately or publicly.

c. You commit to publish true, accurate and updated information.

d. You will not publish information and malicious content, of hatred, discrimination, pornography, racism, xenophobia, violence, that is immoral, that leads to ideological or economic deception, that threaten fair competition, or that violate international law and the law of the country.

e. Dircoo is not a personal social network, publish only enterprise and commercial content, other Internet services can be a better option to share your personal information.

f. You will not publish information and content exclusively to increase traffic to another site or service, or to direct our users to pages of advertising (also known as spam), fraud (also known as phishing), hacking, or explicit adult content. You agree to develop a serious and responsible business with the law.

g. You will not use our copyrights and trademarks, except with our written consent.

h. You can modify and delete your information and content at any time. There is no guarantee that this data does not persist in our backup system, but we will not deliver it to third parties, with the exception of some legal requirement.

i. We are not responsible for the information and content that our users post or any changes they make. If you believe that any of our users violate your intellectual property or what is stated in this agreement, you can let us know and we will act as provided herein.

j. We are not responsible for the use that third parties give to the information and content that our users publish on our service.

k. We can not guarantee that external service programs, which are published via embed codes, such as videos and maps from hosting services on the Internet, are available at any time or function correctly because they are out of our control. In addition, each of these services define their own terms of use. You are responsible for selecting reliable external services and using them appropriately.

l. We appreciate the suggestions you make to modify and enhance our service but we do not give financial compensation for them.

m. We reserve the right to remove, block the access and prevent the publication, always within our service, of information and content that does not meet this agreement.

4. Security

a. You will not alter or delete information and the contents of other users, or try to extract their private data, without their permission.

b. You will not collect the information of our users automatically, or abuse the capacity of our service by sending automated electronic signals.

c. You will not send unauthorized commercial communications (also known as spam) on our service, or use the email addresses posted on Dircoo for this purpose.

d. You will not install viruses or malicious executable code in our system, and you will not take advantage of any weakness of our service, nor do anything that affects its efficiency. If you find a flaw or weakness, let us know and we will fix it as soon as possible.

e. You will not use our services in activities of deception or fraud, unfair competition, discrimination, immorality, or violation of the laws.

f. You will not solicit authentication information from the accounts of other users, such as password and secret answer.

g. You will not share your password or secret answer, or any other private information so that it can compromise the security of your own user account.

h. You will not promote or facilitate violations to the rules of this agreement.

i. We are not responsible for commercial transactions, or the delivery or return of goods, or warranty, or claims regarding to products or services of the users on Dircoo. Every company that advertises in Dircoo is the only responsible to their own customers. Before making a purchase, investment, or any other commercial transaction, ensure the commercial activity is regulated by the law of the country.

j. We do not guarantee that your information is completely protected in our system, including our system backups, or that it is available all the time. Our service, like any other on Internet, is exposed to technical failures and abuses by third parties. You use our service at your own risk and responsibility. For your safety, do not publish sensitive information, and always keep backups of all your information.

k. We reserve the rights to suspend, remove and block the accounts of users who endanger the safety of our service.

5. Amendments

a. We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement for legal or administrative reasons. In this case, we will ask you to accept the new agreement to continue using our service.

6. Termination

a. As a Dircoo Account registrant, you can delete your account and delete all your information at any time.

7. Terms used

To make it easier to understand the terms used on Dircoo and its documents, we define them as follows:

a. Service: The entire electronic infrastructure and administrative systems, which allows users to view and use the functions provided by Dircoo.

b. User: Any person who uses the Dircoo service either as visitor or as the registrant of a Dircoo Account and Web Space.

c. Account: The personal registration of information by which a user subscribes to the Dircoo service.

d. Web Space: The section within the Dircoo service in which registered users can publish information about their businesses, and is advertised through the Dircoo service.
